Clever Caches and Muggles!

Well hello again and this is my next instalment, since I started my Geocaching cause here on earth. I have made many finds this week and quite possibly some of the most clever ones yet. It seems not only is this game great to get you outdoors but also good to get your minds working. Some physical stuff too! My contact in London was right and I have spoke to her more this week!

Also I am pleased to report that you will now be able to find a second Super Cache, Geocache named "Little Foxy Helpers, Pennys Hill" It was positioned in a place with some really nice things in. The place chosen was very special to my Little Foxy Helpers and if you can find it online, you will learn why? I am pleased to report someone has found it already and left some really kind words. Well done to "Hind And Seek" being a FTF on this.

It all started last Saturday where me and my Little Foxy Helpers decided to go out searching. The first Cache we were hunting down was called "Williams First" Great to read this had been set by a child, with the help of his parents no doubt! This was in the middle of a housing estate, where earth people live! We found this one very easily but still had to use some element of stealth, as we were over looked by these earth people houses. Maybe William lived there? A nice pot with a red lid that was standing out too easily, so we set it back and covered it with leaves. So great to see this child had been saved from becoming a Muggle!
But just as we were heading back thinking how easy that was, suddenly jumping out of a bush this blue hairy creature!!!!.....................................A Muggle! I later learned it was one of my Little Foxy Helpers!

Next required a little journey to a few named "Little Bridges " What challenges these were for Super Cache, but probably the most cleverly positioned two we have found yet. Whilst walking along under a bridge that went over an earth road, our Coordinates suddenly pointed to the right with ten meters still to go? This was where "Little Bridges 409 Patchway Brooks #3 was to be found.

Problem......... ten meters to the right was up one of those very steep concrete banks that are positioned as part of the bridges foundations. I believe you may have seen these road side in your earth cars.
Before I had a chance to tell my Little Foxy Helpers "Watch out for Muggles" They were up the steep slopes! I wont spoil it for you by saying the Cache was, but we did find it.

All of a sudden, I Super Cache lost my footing and slipped, I began sliding down the steep slope to the earth road below, only to be grabbed by one of my Little Foxy Helpers! Great save by them and we were able to get that log signed!

Then it was onto the next "Little Bridges 407 Patchway Brook #1" This was to be our cleverest find yet. Walking over the large road bridge we were on, we dropped onto a nice little earth footpath that ran alongside a stream. I believe this is where you earth people get water from? We came to a small wooden bridge where the Coordinates matched. But nothing in sight? Time to read other logs and activity, where everyone seemed to have found this. The clue "seasonal access due to flooding" meant only one thing. Super Cache and one Little Foxy Volunteer would have to go under the bridge! I went over a fence thing and helped a Little Fox down "as they can't fly". We looked around under the bridge with the stream rushing behind us. One false footing and we would of been in! But after really matching those coordinates once more, we found it!  Now as much as I would love to share with you what it was, I can't. Just believe me this was brilliant and who ever made it, fantastic. Took all of our mind and physical energy to sign this log! I just did a thumbs up image as I don't wish to ruin this for the next person!

Our plan for the day was to find five or six and the next ones on our list were titled "Bradley Stoke Urban #1 & #2. One was an easy magnetic one of which one of the Little Foxes found and the other a little more clever. We were looking for a string where the Cache was actually hanging somewhere. Now I spotted it before the Little Foxes but they are still learning the game. I said nothing and let them carry on searching, pretending that I "Super Cache" was as confused as them! It's all about the future Geocachers learning the skills see! Then at last they found it. Some string at the base of railings covered by leaves as indicated by clue. When they pulled up the string, the Cache had been swinging below! More logs signed !

With one more to go called "Woodlands Duck Pond", we headed off into an earth business park. Very busy by week I imagine with plenty of earth Muggles doing earth business stuff and whom may lunch here I guessed? But with it being a Saturday it seemed safe to go. These Coordinates were way off from the Cache location but it was the clue that was a great help. I Super Cache was searching by the coordinates spot on location, but it was one of my helpers who got it and I was at least ten meters away! Two earth art looking things, and there it was. Maybe this Cache's hider had placed wrong coordinates on purpose for the challenge? Either way I left one of my green S signs as I do in all Caches, to show we've been.

After a great Super day we headed back. Little Foxy helpers get tired, but it was great to know they learned so much today and had even acted as a blue Muggle!. I have found a few more whilst flying around this week, at an earth shop called B&Q, in the centre of a large busy City and one in a red telephone box in a place called Pye Corner. Surprised Super Man hasn't found that one, maybe he had been eating all the pies and was tired that specific day? I even discovered one on a riding school sign. This is where large four legged earth creatures can be found. They were quite big and wanted to eat my outfit. Luckily they never ate the Cache and that one was signed too and put back!

On to the next busy City !

Super Cache The First Ever Week

SO it was time to get going, time to start my mission of this Geocaching eco activity I had been called to help with! Now a case of deciding what to look for first? With the area I am based in on Earth I heard there was many located here and found our first target  "Blues Crystal Cache" placed by Puppy Power 17.

This was a small box type design thing filled with Earth stuff you can swap. I called upon my Little Foxy Helpers to come along, after all anything with Blue Crystal in it could be a Muggle trap. You know a good friend of mine doesn't like a green looking crystal rock things and I'm sure you know who he is! We followed our device to where it was said to be hidden and then searched. Moving bushes, looking low even referring to images on the log to try and see where the photos were took from. Surely this couldn't be real, was something really here in a place I remember visiting when I was last on Earth as a young Super Hero?

But eventually we found it, it was all true and found it where we should of looked in the first place! I wont say where as I am told that I am not allowed, but the joy on my Foxy Helpers faces was brilliant and a huge buzz for me Super Cache. We were official in this Earth mission! We opened the box, worried of dangerous crystals but found there was none left and the name Blue must actually be an Earth dog creature. The Crystals were gems placed before,  but are now long gone! We took some key ring things with London items on. A bus, Clock etc. London is where my secret contact is based so funny that, and we signed the log book. Then realising we had nothing to put in its place, we decided to leave our nice purple pen in case the next person never had one! We also learned the last time this Cache was found,  was on the 14th November 2015. A great shame as this is a great hide!

The mission was on and it was onto the next Cache! Following our device, we were off. The more I travelled the more I knew I had to spread the word. The next find we made was seemingly hidden by the same person Puppy Power 17, but this time a Cache named "Blues Winter Wander 1" Yes Blue must be an Earth dog creature, we began to wonder what kind? Big, Small, Clean or Smelly? We found this Cache quicker than the Crystal Cache, One of my Foxy Helpers found it and again we signed the book, made a trade and put it back for the next person. We have since seen that others have located it! For some reason one of my Foxy Helpers took a small rubber looking creature thing as she likes collecting them.......................I just didn't understand that?

Continuing along we learned that Puppy Power 17 had another Cache named "Blues Winter Wander 2" This Puppy Power 17 must be a busy Earth person. Now we searched everywhere for this one, even me Super Cache, was struggling and could not locate it. My Foxy Helpers were getting more frustrated. Then we decided just to stop and think. Good advice for anyone reading this. We went back over the items coding. Saw we weren't looking for another container as we thought but something smaller. We also re-read the clue. Looking at the surroundings it made sense. Located!!! One of those magnet things I love! Log signed and mission done.

We headed back to base and talked about what we had discovered and learned today. It became very clear to me just why my contact in London, Earth had called me and why it is important I spread the Geocache word. I have done this, with help by now placing a few of our own. So it would be great for you to try to find mine too. "Super Cache" "Little Foxy Treasures The Den" & "Super Cache" Little Foxy Treasures Penny's Hill" I have been told that I must put code names on these Cache's to do with the area that is important to a person. You will know when you have found my Cache as you will see my code (below) on them! Please let me know if you do find them, would be great to know!

As this first week has gone on we have discovered more of these Caches, containers, and small tube like things you Earth people have. We have visited what I believe to be called an Earth Church where people like to go. We have climbed around transport stops you call Bus Stops. I've learned that buses are big transport things that people fly around in. They are normally controlled by miserable adult Muggles! I would never need such a thing. We have travelled across wet soaked fields and found some soggy Caches that needed what you call "Maintenance help" It amazes me how soft your Earth can get when it rains. We also visited another transport Earth place that looked like a base. Somewhere called Parkway Railway station to discover a Cache called "Side Tracked" It is said to have been there since 2008, that's almost eight earth years ago! You must find this one!

It has been a great week and Super Cache only has more determination in my mission. With my skills and the help of the Little Foxes, we know we will fight the Muggle force and grow this thing bigger on Earth. Yes we have seen a few Muggles this week, strange looking things that we must help together!

Finally I have also learned of these Geocache Travel Bug things you have,  that have travelled all across your Earth and we must help to keep moving! I learned more when one of my Little Foxes came to me and asked what a code was on an item we traded. It seems we obtained this on our very first find "Blues Crystal Cache!" Yes the London Earth key ring I spoke of before displayed the code GSXZMJ. I believe you can look this up on your Earth devices? . It's said to of began its journey in a place called Germany. This is another area mass on Earth you have, but the people have a different tone and language!  Now we aim to move this bug on this weekend.

I have not yet decided if I will be creating a Super Cache travel bug thing, but one thing is for sure.  I will be leaving the Super Cache Code symbol everywhere I go, so you know your Cache has been part of my mission!  Here is one I placed in "Side Tracked" and I hope to visit your Cache soon!

Who Is Super Cache?

As you may have read in my bio, I was called upon by a contact in Canary Wharf, London, Earth. She informed me that there was so much technology down on earth, that people no longer went out anymore, everything was ordered or requested by the click of a mouse (strange) , hope no mice got injured; and sadly no friends communicated anymore apart from on that discovery "Facebook" or "Twitter"
No one actually went outside on Earth to explore anymore to hear the real birds tweet!

I was informed that you can have computer friends, these are people that you call friends however may not have actually ever met them or if you had, you only talked over the screen. I once heard this was called "Having an Imaginary Earth friend" and not really a friend at all. Reports from my source in London were that even the Earth children don't go out anymore as they are stuck on Computers, Consoles, I-Pods and Tablets? Sounds dangerous, aren't tablets for Earth people illnesses?

Another problem I was told of, that sounds quite bad was that parents just can't get kids out as much due to everywhere costing too much Earth money! These children have no option but to stay at home and the real fear of your Earth children slowly turning into Muggles...their grown ups too!

That's when she called me.
She had  discovered this activity that might just save Earthlings before it's too late, however more people needed to know and could I help spread the word? She couldn't do it on her own. This clever Earth game called "Geocaching" where outdoor people, who have already survived the Muggle take over hide things. Boxes, Containers, Magnets (love those such a clever Earth thing) or anything at all. Some with treasures stored in, some with just a bit of paper you can sign with an Earth pen.

These items can then be found by the use of their mobile phones or various "Apps". Must admit I am still coming to terms with what an App is? Sounds good though.  The use of Earth Coordinates to help locate these things, whilst having fun in the process. I simply had to help as this game is free and will help people enjoy their outdoors and maybe show the Earth children what real outdoor fun is.
As for me and Coordinates, flying around everywhere means Coordinates are vital. But I  hear your Earth rain and wind can mess your Coordinates up?

Earth is a beautiful place and from the information I have been given, existing Geocachers can also use this game to bring people to beautiful places and Earth buildings, others may not know were ever there. A real chance to explore the world you live in!  But above all this game means parents and children who can't do much due to this Earth money, can now have fun!

But once more, no matter how many people are already involved, my Earth contact needed my help to spread the word and could I join in?  Now I am here. I swear to help Geocaching be bigger and help before everyone turns into a Muggle. An Earth person who sits at home and knows nothing about their world or the basics, like spending real time with real friends!

I have even planted my own first Geocache with the help of my Earth friends, who do know my secret identity. The spot for this first is in a random, yet beautiful spot in a small town of Littlestoke in England and I will be planting a second here soon. I have already spread the word to many, whilst finding your Caches along the way. Watch out for my calling card and know I have visited your beautiful part of Earth!

So my first bit of Super Cache Advice, Always take a pen or pencil out with you!

Have no worries, I will keep in contact with you all through here and I swear to help make this wonderful free outdoor earth game even bigger!
